The Plan
The Butte Community Resilience Plan
A blueprint for a network that is responsive, compassionate, and equipped to handle economic challenges, disasters, climate emergencies, and social inequities — built by a steering committee that met twice monthly to co-create it.
The Butte Community Resilience Plan sets out the strategic framework, goals, and actions the Collaborative devised to navigate our challenges and leverage our opportunities. It is organized around four focused priorities — collaboration, communication, resources, and capacity — each with goals, key result areas, and initiatives that partner organizations can take on. The plan is a living document, reviewed and extended as the network grows.
